Meet with the Young Adults Disabilities Team to talk about transition into Adulthood

Visit our local colleges and life choice organisations

Talk to the our local Disability Employer Adviser from the DWP

Chat to Hannah, our independent careers adviser

Open to ALL our pupils and their parents/carers – you may not be ready for transition yet but many parents have told us in the past that a visit has given them confidence and hope about their children’s futures
